Once it is the basic shape you want, cut off a small piece of dowel/pipe and stick it on the bottom, this will work as both the pour spout for molding/casting and as something to lock the horn into place. LSCC just worked this year, flash costumes which I’m sure was actually the result of a lot of hard work by the party throwers. As anyone who has ever thrown a party knows, creating the right atmosphere can be tricky.
